These services of new module, function and software above still apply this Service Agreement, unless GOGOstone has another notice. The obligation of GOGO member 3.1 GOGO member declares, admits and agrees: (a) Members should provide true, accurate, latest and complete information, including themselves and Credit reference people. (c) Make sure that The Third Parties can contact and affirm the commendation. Members further promise the truth and accuracy of the commendation, and admit The Third Parties can contact credit reference people without the permission. GOGO member agrees and accepts that GOGOstone does not always monitor the info post by members, and edit the content. GOGOstone should not affirm and check the info and recommendation provided by GOGO member. Each GOGO member must individually be responsible for the legality of their communications content, information and comments they provided. But GOGOstone reserves the Right to suspend or cancel the info by judgment if it offends law or This Agreement. End of the Service 4.1 GOGOstone has the Right to refuse the application of membership or suspend/end your membership as following conditions: (a) Any item of this Agreement or Member Service Agreement if member offend. (b) GOGOstone can end service at any time if we find member is ISP. 4.2 If one party to the agreement, except for the purpose of reorganization or mergers, is disbanded by the judgment of a court or the resolution, the receiving party or designated representatives of creditor has Right to end this Agreement after informing the other party. 5.
