Thousands of commercial interior designers and architects will visit the ASCTEX / NeoCon show in Chicago.
The commercial market this year may prove even more important with the economic slowdown in residential construction and ASCTEX is focused on introducing more tile and stone to the people that specify material for commercial applications.
The next upcoming ASCTEX event is scheduled for June 9-11, 2008 with NeoCon at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. The NeoCon event was started in 1969 and is very well established as "the place to find new sources" for architects and designers. Last year the event had over 52,000 visitors including more than 22,000 from the architects & interior design industry.
ASCTEX- the Architectural Stone & Ceramic Tile Exposition brings tile and stone companies together with buyers- distributors, wholesalers, retailers, fabricators and more in four of the largest metropolitan cities across North America- Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto and Baltimore/Washington, D.C. ASCTEX is organized together with NeoCon - North America’s oldest and largest tradeshow for architects and interior designers. This cooperation provides tile and stone companies’ access to tens of thousands of architects and interior designers plus tile and stone buyers in untapped regions of the United States and Canada.
