SOUTHFIELD, Mich., October 11, 2004 - Marmo Meccanica USA, a leading distributor of precision machinery to process marble and granite, announces it has appointed George Prystash as service manager. The announcement was made by Phil Mularoni, president, to whom Prystash reports.
As service manager, Prystash is responsible for delivery of service and customer satisfaction. Prystash is the customer's point of contact for all service and warranty inquiries. He sets up all machine installations and service calls in North America. In addition, he provides over-the-phone technical support and manages Marmo Meccanica USA's team of specially trained service technicians.
Prystash brings 30 years of industrial and metalworking experience to his new position. Before joining Marmo Meccanica USA, Prystash was outside sales representative for Saw Service & Supply, Cleveland.
