The technical features guarantee long life to the machine and low maintenance requirement. The translation of the beam is on self-lubricated bearings with accurate mesh of pinion on precision rack maintenance free. The guides of spindle movement are designed to avoid tilting and jumping of the spindle, which eliminates any diamond blade deviation during the cutting cycle, at a high speed. The rising and lowering of the spindle is electric with lubricated prismatic guides made of anti-corrosion material. The table rotates with a hydraulic system with positioning at 0° and 90°. It has a tilting field from 0° to 87°. The maximum load is 1000kgfor a pack of 3 slabs of2cmthickness.
Types of Cutting Cycles The first cut position is chosen with the help of a laser beam. The cycles available on manual or semiautomatic mode are: 1. Single or multiple cuts with the blade in vertical position at 0°, with or without increments. 2. Multiple cuts with blade in vertical position at 0°, longitudinal and transversal cycle with manual sequence rotation of the table.
